These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jll3 Casino platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
As part of jll3's KYC process, you will be required to submit valid identity documents — including at minimum a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and a selfie for biometric verification. jll3 may request additional documents including proof of address or source of funds at its discretion.
Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to withdrawal restrictions. jll3 recommends completing KYC immediately upon registration to avoid delays in processing withdrawals.
All financial transactions on jll3 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jll3 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at jll3's discretion.
Deposits: All deposits are credited to your jll3 account balance immediately upon confirmation of payment. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. jll3 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to jll3's anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed within five (5) business minutes for GCash and PayMaya and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfer methods. jll3 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Anti-Money Laundering: jll3 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. Where jll3 identifies suspicious transaction patterns, it reserves the right to freeze account funds, request documentation of source of funds, and report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities without notice to the account holder.
jll3 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement applied to jll3 bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
jll3 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in violation of these Terms, or through coordinated exploitation of promotional structures. Players found to have abused the jll3 bonus system may have their accounts permanently suspended.
Promotional offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash except as provided in the specific offer terms.
Each game available on jll3 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
jll3 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all digital games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time using physical cards and equipment under supervised conditions. The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or other system error during a game session, jll3 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. No additional compensation beyond the wagered amount will be paid in respect of a voided round.
Bets placed after the declared betting window has closed, whether due to network latency or any other cause, will be void and the wagered amount refunded. jll3 does not accept responsibility for bets affected by a player's own network or device issues.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jll3 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

The jll3 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of jll3. Unauthorised use of jll3 trademarks is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jll3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
jll3's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
jll3 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. jll3 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance.

Upon termination, jll3 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account to the player via their registered payment method, net of any amounts forfeitable under these Terms. Bonus balances are not returned upon termination.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jll3 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Players who have active bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests should be aware that closure will forfeit any incomplete bonus requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of jll3 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with jll3's customer support team. jll3 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days and to making genuine efforts to resolve disputes in good faith.
jll3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jll3 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of jll3 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
